What to do when night arrives.

Prepare before the change of day

1. Finish training any workers already in your office and check that they are hired.
2. Make room for a useful new hire, either with an open desk or by identifying the weakest worker you could replace.
3. Train speed while waiting so a rare appearance is not wasted on an escape you cannot finish.
4. When night arrives, inspect the available company employees and use the same grab-and-escape loop. Judge the employee after reveal.

Night spawns and company restocks

The official description confirms rare night appearances, but it does not provide a spawn probability or promise a Secret, Mythic or Divine employee every night. Do not interpret “rare” as a guaranteed named tier.

The creator also encounters an empty company and a restock message, then later watches a new-day countdown. Use the timer and availability in your own server. A company restock wait is different from the training timer on an employee you already own.

If cash appears to stop

First check whether employees are seated, trained and hired. Then compare the displayed rate and cash balance while the relevant work cycle is active. A pause does not prove your employees are gone.

A competing guide attributes income pauses to office closing at night, but the inspected official description and Bax transcript do not establish the exact night-income rule. This site does not apply an invented night multiplier. Use the current in-game behavior when timing a purchase.

Offline collection is a different system

Night in your server and time spent logged out are not the same thing. The official offline-income feature points you to the vault when you return. The available sources do not establish the offline cap or an exact conversion from your active rate.
