The company ladder, from rookies to robotics.
Use this ladder to choose your next raid target. The numbers below describe one creator’s progression; they are not a complete list of current unlock requirements.
Observed progression route

Choose the next reachable tier
Start with the strongest company from which you can actually deliver an employee. If the escape fails, build speed and try again. If a raid succeeds but your office is full, compare the new hire with your lowest earner before buying more space.
You do not need to jump directly to the top row. Bax alternates raiding, employee replacement, speed upgrades and office purchases throughout the route. A lower company that you can clear is more useful than repeatedly failing at a higher one.
An empty company is not a speed problem
After taking the available Helios workers, Bax reads a message about more employees arriving in two days. Treat this as the game’s displayed cycle rather than two real-world days. Follow the current timer in your server.
The official description also advertises new rare employees at night. Company stock, night appearances and your own escape ability are separate checks.
Read the current sign before committing
Company spellings taken from automatic captions can be imperfect. The quoted gold-dealer name and Victorian Labs label are retained as transcript labels, not claimed as visually verified spellings. Current in-game names and requirements take precedence.
If Axiom shows a clearance message
Near the end of Bax’s run, the automatic captions read: “Clearance required. Three names at the back door opens.” The exact wording and unlock condition were not visually confirmed, and the video does not explain a complete clearance procedure.
If your current Axiom door shows a requirement, read that door’s prompt and satisfy the named condition before retrying. More speed alone may not resolve an access requirement. The 350 million figure above is not a promise that every Axiom entrance unlocks at that speed.
